About these terms
These terms describe use of Debt Liftoff, operated by Tijerina Technologies. Contact support@debtliftoff.com with questions.
Planning, not payments
Debt Liftoff organizes debts and estimates payoff scenarios. It does not connect to banks, make lender payments, or provide individualized financial, legal or tax advice. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees. Check your lender statements, rates and deadlines and make payments directly with your lenders.
Your account and information
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your plan. Do not access another person’s account without permission, attempt to bypass security, or disrupt the service.
Trial and subscriptions
The web service offers a 30-day free trial with no card required. A trial does not automatically charge you. Current new web subscriptions cost $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year. Starting a paid subscription begins paid billing immediately. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Your checkout and subscription portal show the price and terms applicable to your subscription.
Cancellation and billing questions
Manage or cancel your web subscription through Manage subscription in the app. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect and when paid access ends. Clearing a plan or deleting its records does not cancel a subscription. Contact support@debtliftoff.com about billing errors or refund requests. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Your plans and availability
Keep a backup of information important to you. Deleting a plan removes its saved debts, funding and payment history from the active service. Features may change and service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, stored and handled by our service providers.
