Who we are
Debt Liftoff is operated by Tijerina Technologies. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@debtliftoff.com.
Information we use
We process your name, email address and sign-in information; debt balances, rates, due dates, funding, tags and payment records you enter or import; subscription identifiers and status; and information you send to support. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide your account, save your plans, calculate forecasts, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests and protect the service. We do not connect to your bank or request your bank login credentials.
Service providers and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We use Cloudflare for hosting and plan storage, Supabase for authentication, and Stripe for web subscription payments. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Storage and security
Saved plans are stored in Cloudflare D1 with encryption at rest. Connections to the service use HTTPS. Supabase manages authentication and stores password hashes, not readable passwords; the planner database does not store your password. Stripe handles payment card information; Debt Liftoff does not store full card numbers. This is not end-to-end encryption: the service processes your plan information to provide its features. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session management, preferences and active-plan selection. If you download an encrypted backup, it is encrypted in your browser using the password you choose. Keep that password safe.
Your choices and retention
You can edit your records, export debts, download an encrypted backup, clear your active plan or delete additional plans in Settings. Contact support@debtliftoff.com for account deletion or other privacy requests. Clearing a plan does not delete your account or cancel your subscription. Operational copies, provider backups and billing or security records may remain after a plan is cleared; contact us for information about retention and your request. Do not send passwords or full card numbers to support.
